These Terms of Engagement constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Investor") and Venus Oil Corporation concerning your access to and use of the Venus Oil investment platform and associated infrastructure.

1. Investment Liability & Risk Parameters

Capital distributed into Venus Oil equity allocations carries inherent risks associated with early-stage resource acquisition and geopolitical market fluctuations. Investors acknowledge that historical yields are not prescriptive of future dividends, and capital targets (such as the Phase 1 $10M raise) are operational objectives, not guaranteed liquidities.

2. Capital Commitment Protocols

By engaging with our Fiat or Cryptocurrency payment rail systems, you confirm that all deployed funds derive from legitimate, verified sources compliant with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives. Early Investor Bonus allocations (e.g., the 15% discount) are strictly subject to temporal availability and network verification timelines.

3. System Integrity & Access

Venus Oil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform matrix. Any attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse-engineer the proprietary 6D Synergy algorithms or internal telemetry dashboards will result in immediate termination of engagement and potential legal remediation.
